Who we are
Elite Athlete Stars is a talent management operation for female bodybuilders, physique competitors and fitness athletes. We recruit and manage athletes across Central & Eastern Europe and Latin America — 14 markets, one team.
Day to day, that means running the parts of a creator business that steal training time: marketing and audience growth, fan communication, pricing strategy, brand-deal admin, and privacy protection (geo-blocking, watermarking, takedowns). The athlete trains and creates; we run the operation around her.
How we work
- 18+ only, always.
- No upfront fees — ever. Money only ever flows to the athlete.
- 100% remote. We never ask anyone to travel or relocate.
- Content boundaries are set by the athlete, in writing, before anything starts.
- No income promises. Anyone promising you numbers is selling something.
Who runs it
Ben Muscler leads the operation and writes our guides. Ben Muscler is the public pen name of our founder — in an industry where privacy protects both athletes and staff, we practice what we preach. The experience behind the name is real: years of building recruiting, marketing and fan-engagement systems for physique athletes, the same systems described openly in our guides.
Everything published here is written from inside that operation — real processes, real costs, real trade-offs — and every guide follows the same rule we give athletes: honest numbers, no hype.
