Elite Athlete Stars("we") operates this website to receive and review applications from adult creators. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the application form: your name or stage name, email address, country, athletic background, links you choose to share, and your message. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not collect data about visitors who don't apply.
Why we collect it
To review your application, contact you about it, and — if we work together — prepare our cooperation. Legal basis: the steps you request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in evaluating applications (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where it's stored
Application data is stored in Airtable (Airtable Inc., USA), which we use as our recruiting database, under standard contractual clauses for international transfers. Access is limited to our recruiting team. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
If your application doesn't proceed, we delete it within 12 months. You can request deletion at any time before that.
Age policy
We work exclusively with adults. If you are under 18, do not submit this form — any such application is deleted on sight.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — email talent@eliteathletestars.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
